Hi, I’m Michele :)
When I was a kid, my grandmother used to say,
“She marches to the beat of her own drum.”
…And while she meant that in a low-key derogatory way, Mommom definitely clocked me.
So here’s the cliff-notes version on me:
I left a school I loved to take a gap year and figure out what I really wanted to pursue in college. I transferred and studied on media production because I really love listening to people’s stories and sharing it with the world in a way to connect us.
Most of my 20’s were spent traveling and living around the world, meeting new people, making friends, learning and trying new things.
My background in digital media ranges from PA’ing on video sets to corporate emails on delivering marketing assets to determining tech requirements for new online features.
In 2024, I decided to move across the country from Philadelphia to Seattle, where I knew no one. Why? For fun, because I loved it, because it felt right.
I love strength training and long walks and dancing — these are my favorite kinds of movement that contribute to how I ground myself.
I received my life coaching certification in April 2025 through the Wholehearted Life Coaching Certification by Shirin Eskandani.
And here’s what the cliff notes don’t include about my path:
There was a lot of anxiety, false narratives, and fear—always fear.
What if this is wrong? What if I miss out on something? What if I never do the thing?
What if I actually do the thing?
I spent my whole life believing the life I actually wanted to live wasn’t truly attainable for me. I looked to others to believe in me, but it didn’t really matter until I learned to believe in myself.
The work to shift my life started when I admitted to myself that I wasn’t okay with how my life looked now. I needed a change.
Coaching is what got me to where I am today. It’s why it’s so important to me to help folks cultivate depth and connection within themselves.
So here I am, with a strong belief in my knowledge and skillset, to help make your dreams come true, in spite of any fears and in spite of false truths.
“Hello, fear. Thank you for being here. You're my indication that I'm doing what I need to do.”

My Coaching Vibe
I have an affinity for silliness (as so kindly put by a pre-k teacher), but trust that I am someone who will always get real with you. A lot of the work we’ll do together is driven by you. I’m there to act as a sounding board, as a mirror to reflect back how you show up, and as a guide to show you how we can take steps to creating your real life.
I have a deep appreciation for spirituality while also recognizing the importance of doing the inner work.
I am a heart-centered coach, which means I coach from a place of curiosity and presence, and we’ll look to your feelings to help lead the way.
I use practices of Internal Family Systems, mindset exercises, basic somatic practices, and reflective questioning.
